At the peak of summer (or even in spring, because let’s face it—some of those days can be hot), there’s nothing better than cooling down with your favorite popsicle. (I would know—I wrote a best-selling popsicle cookbook for this very reason!) Today, we’re trading in plain old fruit pops for popsicles with some oomph! These 3-ingredient fruit and yogurt popsicles are loaded with fresh fruit and protein-packed Greek yogurt. They’re the perfect way to refresh yourself while also filling your belly with something nutritious and satisfying (double win)! We’ve got 4 flavors to choose from (strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, and kiwi), but the creativity doesn’t have to stop there. Grab these 3 Ingredients

To make these summertime-approved pops, you’ll only need three ingredients!

Greek Yogurt: First, we’ll need 1 ½ cups of plain Greek yogurt. I recommend using full-fat yogurt (versus non-fat) to give your popsicles a creamier, more biteable texture. Fruit: Next, you’ll need 1 cup of your preferred fruit. We love strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, or blueberries! Honey: Last but not least, ¼ cup of honey will add a subtle, naturally sweet flavor. Feel free to use maple syrup, sugar, or your favorite artificial sweetener (like stevia).

Get creative with the Flavors

I put together four flavor options for these fruit and yogurt popsicles, but you can use virtually anything! Raspberries, blackberries, watermelon, limes (the tanginess is somewhat offset by the honey), oranges, dragonfruit, or even grapes would all be delicious. Your options span the entire fruit world!

Strawberry-Licious

With the strawberry version, it’s really easy to add other ingredients! Here are some easy ways to switch things up.

Basil: Add a few fresh basil leaves to your mix to create a yummy strawberry-basil flavor combo. First, tear the leaves into smaller pieces. Vanilla: If you like strawberry vanilla-flavored things, create that flavor with a few drops of vanilla extract! Banana: Strawberry banana is a classic combo that can be easily recreated here! Just add ½ cup of chopped bananas and strawberries into your mix. Mixed Berry: Create a mixed berry pop with ⅓ cup each of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Tropical Paradise

Pineapple makes creating delicious tropical-inspired flavors super easy.

Mango: Go for a pineapple-meets-mango pairing for a yummy flavor that will make you crave some beach time! Passion Fruit: Add passion fruit puree (or passion fruit juice) for something a little extra fancy. Coconut: You can also add coconut (either real shaved pieces or extract) for a piña colada popsicle flavor!

Green Machine

The kiwi fruit and yogurt popsicle variation is great for sneaking in extra greens. (After all, you gotta eat your veggies!)

Spinach: Add blended spinach for an undetectable serving of greens. Spirulina: Include spirulina powder to give your body a boost of protein, B vitamins, and iron! Tropical Flavors: If the greens don’t cut it, make tropical kiwi pops with pineapples, mangoes, or coconut!

Antioxidant Powerhouse

Lastly, give your blueberry popsicles a remix by adding a few new flavors.

Vanilla: Like with strawberry, you can add vanilla extract to these pops for a hint of extra flavor! Berries: Go half-sies by throwing in strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries (or any other type of berry!).
