This is best eaten fresh but since it is made with brussel sprouts vs. regular lettuce, it won’t get soggy as quickly. If possible though, store the dressing on its own and drizzle on when you’re ready-to-eat. The dressing with last 5 days in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge.
