Buffalo Cauliflower: For a vegan version of your beloved buffalo chicken wings, I’ve used Sol Cuisine’s Buffalo Cauliflower Wings for this buffalo chicken nachos recipe. These “wings” are tangy with a kick. They’re coated in a crispy breading and tossed in a signature buffalo spice blend. They add a pop of flavor to these nachos. Hot Sauce: If you aren’t a big hot sauce person, you can definitely omit the hot sauce I added on the top at the end or choose whatever sauce you enjoy based on the level of spice preference.

How to make buffalo chicken nachos: 

Toppings: Have fun with the toppings but I strongly suggest the red onion, green onion, and tomatoes. I can’t find onion flakes: Onion flakes are also known as onion granules. What are cauliflower chicken wings made out of? Sol Cuisine’s cauliflower chicken wings are made out of cauliflower, seasoning, and breading. They are great on their own or used in a buffalo chicken nachos recipe like this.
