How To Make Butter Toffee Peanuts?
This recipe is incredibly easy which is why I love it so much! Just measure, stir, and bake. That’s it!
Prep: Mix together the sugar, butter, corn syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a big bowl. Then add in your peanuts and stir to coat evenly.
Then, spread the peanuts on a parchment lined (or silicone mat-lined) baking sheet.
Bake: Bake the nuts for 30 minutes at 300°F. The mixture will be bubbly and golden. Just make sure to stir the nuts every 10 minutes for even baking!
Once the nuts are done I like to sprinkle with more salt and then allow them to cool completely. When they’re cooled break them apart! Some will remain in clusters which is totally fine for snacking!
Can You Use Other Nuts?
You can use any type of nut for this recipe. It’s a matter of coating them well and baking until they are crisp! Here are some nuts that would be great with this buttery toffee coating:
Pecans Walnuts Macadamia Nuts Almonds
