Apples: My go-to apple is definitely Cosmic Crisp® apples. These are a cross between a Honeycrisp and Enterprise apple and they have the best consistency, crunch, sweetness, and long shelf life. They really hold their shape and are great for adding into recipes like this caprese sandwich. Balsamic Glaze: Balsamic glaze is thicker and sweeter than your traditional balsamic vinegar. You can find it in your vinegar aisle at the grocery store or you can make your own if you’re feeling ambitious.
