The Only Side Dish You’ll Ever Need
There’s something about a bowl of air fryer cauliflower that’s just so satisfying. It’s crispy, it’s hearty, it’s packed with flavor… What more could you ask for in a side dish? This recipe is similar to our air fryer Brussels sprouts in that it’s not anything revolutionary—it’s just downright delicious. Everything comes together in 20 minutes, making it perfect for serving last-minute dinner guests or taking to a potluck (or enjoying as a snack!). Oh, and did I mention the toppings are virtually endless? I recommend trying a squeeze of lemon, freshly chopped parsley, crumbled feta, Parmesan cheese, or toasted pine nuts. But, you really can’t go wrong here!
Grab These Ingredients
With just 4 ingredients, these air-fried cauliflower florets scream simplicity.
Cauliflower: The star of the show! The cauliflower florets will be air-fried to perfection. (The air fryer is one of our favorite ways to cook cauliflower!) Olive Oil: Before going into the air fryer, the cauliflower will be tossed with a bit of olive oil. This helps add crispiness and flavor. Salt And Pepper: A pinch of salt and pepper is just right for this recipe. You can also add your favorite spices or seasoning blend for a fun twist. Optional Toppings: And now, the fun part! Depending on your preferences, top your cauliflower with fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley, feta, pine nuts, or your favorite sauce! I love to top mine with Parmesan.

Dip Or Drizzle
There are so many dipping sauces that pair well with this air fryer cauliflower recipe, but here are some of my favorites:
Romesco: This one is super simple and requires just 5 minutes to make! Pesto: Everyone loves a great pesto sauce. Yum Sauce: This vegan version features chickpeas, nutritional yeast, tofu, coconut milk, and more. B*tchn’ Sauce (pictured): A copycat version of the popular chipotle sauce!
