Breakfast Meatballs Ingredients:
breakfast sausage peeled and grated Granny Smith Apple plain breadcrumbs grated sharp cheddar cheese grated onion dried thyme maple syrup
They really are a quick side for a weekend breakfast or brunch, and certainly can be made ahead for weekday breakfasts as well. You could even assemble the meatballs in the evening and bake them the next morning. I HIGHLY recommend you serve them with my most favorite Brown Sugar Pancakes. You’ll thank me later!
