Summer Isn’t Complete Without These
Where are all our frozen grape fans at?! If you think frozen grapes are a treat dropped from the clouds of heaven, wait until you try these frozen yogurt covered blueberries. Yup, we’re talking sweet, cool, creamy, and refreshing. I mean, does it get any better than that? (Okay, maybe our frozen yogurt covered strawberries.) Plus, there are no crazy steps or ingredients required—we’re taking it back to the basics with this one. Blueberries + yogurt + freezer. That’s it.
Here’s What You’ll Need
Blueberries: I love fresh blueberries for this recipe because they freeze into perfect bite-sized pieces (for more storage information, check out our blueberries 101 guide). You could also use grapes, quartered strawberries, or virtually any bite-sized fruit (like diced mango, kiwi, or watermelon). Yogurt: You can use any yogurt you have on hand here! I prefer yogurt with some sweetness (like vanilla or berry-flavored) rather than plain Greek yogurt.
Making This Treat Is So Easy
Recipe Tips
Berry Blast: Add a sprinkle of crushed freeze-dried berries on the yogurt before freezing for an extra berry flavor and a pop of color. Twice As Nice: For a super thick and decadent coating, dip your fruit, freeze it, and dip again. Mix it up with two different flavors for a unique spin. Power Up: Opt for Greek yogurt to give your frozen yogurt covered blueberries a protein-packed boost. Tropical Twist: Use coconut yogurt and sprinkle the bites with shredded coconut for a tropical treat.
