So if you’re looking for an easy dinner that I am pretty confident saying will be a hit with even the pickiest eaters in your house, I’ve got the one for you. This Easy Pork Ramen Noodle Dish is made in under 30 minutes and can be adapted in all sorts of ways:
Make it with any protein you prefer. Don’t get stuck on using pork tenderloin…you can use chicken, beef, or shrimp with great results! Go veggie! This is an easy recipe to make vegetarian. Simply leave out the meat altogether adding in vegetables in its place, like broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, or a mix of whatever you like! Or you could use tofu if that’s your thing! Play with the sauce…like it more spicy, less, spicy, sweeter, not as sweet? Play around with the base recipe I provide and get creative!

Easy adaptable dinners are on rotation around here. And since I can make so many variations of this base recipe, no one seems to get tired of it. PRO TIP: Make the sauce ahead and store it in the fridge so it’s ready whenever you need it. This will make the process even quicker, or make it easy for your kids to make it on their own, with or without the pork!

Throw Out Those Packaged Flavor Packets and Make Your Own Sauce!
My boys love ramen noodles, and I do buy them for them to make after school as a snack, but the little flavor packets they come with are really lacking. The great thing about the sauce that I make for these noodle bowls is that it can be adapted to fit your taste perfectly (although I think the base recipe is pretty great!) Here are some ways to change up the sauce flavors:
Nut allergy? Leave out the sesame oil and peanut butter. You can add Sunbutter if you would like, but you don’t have to! Like spice? Add more chili paste, or add in lots of crushed red pepper flakes! Replace the honey with brown sugar for a slightly more sweet vibe! Replace the hoisin sauce with teriyaki, BBQ, or oyster sauce!

These bowls are even better when you add toppers! Here are a few of my favorite add-ons:
