What is in this frozen mojito recipe?

For this frozen drink recipe, think classic mojito ingredients. Here’s what you need:

Lime Juice: Fresh is best. You’ll need about 2-3 juicy limes for 2 ounces of juice. Rum: Any kind of dark or light rum is great for mojitos. Simple Syrup: For a little sweetness. Mint: Fresh mint is the star ingredient! It adds fresh flavor and what turns these blended mojitos green. Ice: Can’t have frozen mojitos without ice. Sparkling Water: Added at the very end, the bubbles add a little texture.

Substitutions

Rum: We prefer white rum for mojitos. Lately, we’ve been loving Minnesota-made Skaalvenn. Simple Syrup: Our honey simple syrup pairs wonderfully with mojito flavors, but regular works too. Sparkling Water: Use your favorite brand of plain or lime sparkling water.
