Cinnamon: Cinnamon lowers blood sugar levels and has a powerful anti-diabetic effect. It’s well known for lowering blood sugar and apart from that, it’s damn delicious and such a comforting spice! Yeast: There are several different types of yeast and it’s important to note what you are baking with. I use fast-rising but whatever you use, just make sure you follow the instructions on the jar to ensure you activate it properly.

How to make a giant cinnamon roll: 

Butter: Replace the butter with earth balance or brown butter if desired!  Get Creative: Have fun with it and add some toasted nuts, chocolate pieces, or even other spices for extra yumminess!  Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days, or for 2-3 months in the freezer.
