How to Make Instant Pot Butter Rice
Literally all you do is dump everything in your pressure cooker and turn it on. SO simple. But note that depending on the type of rice you use the cook time can vary. I used THIS SIMPLE CHART from the Instant Post website to determine my cook time, because I generally use brown rice. When the cook time is up, let the pot naturally release the pressure and then give it a stir! It’s all ready to go! If you make this on your stove top just use the rice cooking directions on the package of the rice! It comes out creamy and flavorful. Love a simple side dish!
