How to prepare Kerala aviyal with step-by-step pictures
First, add mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, and coconut oil; mix well
Add ingredients under “to grind” into a mixie jar; pulse
Boil water in a wide pan with curry leaves and green chilli and when the water boils, add drumstick and mixed vegetables
Cover and cook till veggies are fork-tender
Add ground coconut; Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes
Whisk the curd and add
Cook for 2 minutes on low flame Finally, add coconut oil and curry leaves; cook for 30 seconds; cover and keep till you serve
