Saute red chilli and garlic and let it cool In a wide pan do tempering and prepare the kurunai adai dough After the dough comes together like a mass cover with a damp cloth and lets it cool Meanwhile in a mixie add the required ingredients for peanut chutney along with toaster red chilli and garlic, ground into Chutney Do tempering and set aside the chutney Heat the dosa Tawa and punch a small portion of the kurunai dough Roll and flatten, once the Tawa is hot use coconut oil and cook on both sides, serve hot
