Firstly, chop plantain and soak in water Fry vadam and keep it aside Keep rice for lemon rice and curd rice separately
1-HOUR lunch preparation
Cook the plantain till they turn fork tender and drain the water Prepare the marination and refriegretae Fluff the rice for lemon sadam and keep aside Mash the rice kept for curd rice and add milk and salt After the rice is cool prepare lemon sadam Prepare varuval After the rice is cool, add curd and mix well Serve the lunch with onion thokku or pickle of your choice
