How to Make My Mediterranean Orzo Salad

Instead of the Spred’em cheese, use the Cilantro Cashew Cream. Replace the orzo with quinoa! Absolutely delicious! Add anything to this salad and enjoy it as an on-the-go lunch, bring to potlucks, etc.!! Store this Mediterranean Salad in the fridge for 4 – 5 days in an airtight container.
