Firstly, Soak cowpea (black eyed pea) or red chori overnight or for atleast 5 hours in hot water  1-HOUR WEEKDAY LUNCH

Soak toor dal for at least half an hour and Pressure cook toor dal In a separate cooker cook cowpeas and pumpkin in two cooker separator  Saute the ingredients for Milagu Kuzhambu and let it cool  keep rice  Ground coconut for erissery  and boil cooked pumpkin, cowpeas and coconut  paste Wash the mixie jar and ground the Kuzhambu ingredients. Use  tamarind paste and prepare kuzhambu Use tamarind paste and prepare rasam with the cooked dal
