Meal planning

Firstly, Soak channa dal and toor dal for at least one hour in hot water Also, soak dal for rasam separately Chop and keep beans, tomato,  raw mango, and mango ready If you are frozen coconut keep it out and thaw Keep rice

Lunch cooking 

Pressure cook rasam dal  Drain the soaked water and ground paruppu usili dal along with red chilli, turmeric powder, salt, and little water into a coarse mixture Steam cook the usili dal and cool it Wash the mixie and ground  coconut for pulissery and prepare mor kuzhambu Cook beans and drain excess water Meantime, use tamarind paste and prepare rasam Do tempering and prepare instant mango pickle After the dal is cool, pulse them and prepare paruppu usili
