One Bowl Easy Vegan Carrot Cake Another yummy cake. The icing on this is to die for, so don’t skip that creamy step. I find carrot cake perfect for the spring season. I have no idea why but it just goes hand-in-hand. Vegan Vanilla Chai Cinnamon Rolls These Vegan Cinnamon Buns are so delicious with the vanilla chai twist. They’re ooey, they’re gooey, and you’re going to love them! Vegan Blender Pancakes with Protein These super easy Vegan Blender Pancakes, are healthier than those boxed pancakes you buy, gluten-free, and so tasty the whole fam will love them. Perfectly Vegan Cinnamon Rolls These are bomb! Nothing beats the smell of these baking in the oven and I bet you and Mom won’t be able to just eat one. One of my fav sweet recipes! Apple Cinnamon Waffles Easy, vegetarian apple cinnamon waffles with honey. These bad boys are gluten-free and perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Blueberry Pancake Skillet This is great if you’re feeding a group for Mother’s Day! This is an easy and mess-free way to whip up pancakes without having to watch your stovetop the whole time. Super yummy with the blueberries, or throw in Mom’s fav berry! 5-Ingredient Rustic Vegan Tart This would normally be more like a dessert, but there are no rules for Mother’s Day and it looks so beautiful and impressive. This is another one of my fav sweet vegan recipes. Love the combo of the creamy chocolatey taste with the berries. Yum! Easy Fluffy Pancakes Drizzled in Homemade Berry Syrup Not feeling a pancake skillet and want the more traditional pancakes? No worries. These are easy, fluffy, plus, the homemade berry syrup adds a hint of bougie goodness.
What are some savoury Mother’s Day brunch recipes?
Whipped Cashew Ricotta Toast This recipe can be made sweet or savoury. I love the version in the recipe with caramelized onion and a bit of honey, but you could also just have the creamy cashew ricotta, top it with some fruity jam, tailor it to Mom’s favs! Zucchini Potato Pancakes These crunchy vegan Zucchini Potato Pancakes are perfect for brunch, lunch, a snack, or an easy dinner. They are great paired with sour cream and chives for dipping. Breakfast Casserole This easy, versatile vegan breakfast casserole is hearty, filling, and full of flavor. Chickpea Scramble This easy breakfast idea will keep you full all morning long. Whip up this Fluffy Chickpea Scramble and add it with your favourite sandwich toppings for a filling & delicious vegan meal. Vegan Breakfast Burritos Burritos are perfect for those that prefer the savoury brunch option. These are healthy, vegan alternatives that are quick to whip up but don’t fall short in impressing.
Crispy Roasted Potatoes A great side dish to go with a traditional breakfast. These potatoes can be eaten at any meal and used in the replacement of traditional hashbrowns! Mini Vegan Sausage Rolls Are you a sausage breakfast gal? Or is Mom? These vegan versions of sausage rolls may go perfectly with your yummy plant-based brunch this May! Bagel Bites & Vegan Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Another great brunch snack, these bagel bites with homemade, creamy herb & garlic cream cheese are easy to snack on and super delicious.

Healthy Breakfast Cookies A quick and easy, but an impressive treat. Great if you aren’t having a formal brunch but want to drop off a yummy treat for Mom to celebrate. Vegan Banana Muffins Another one of my best, easy breakfast go-to’s. These Banana Bread Muffins are great. Wrap them up all nice in a basket and drop them off to Mom. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bake This vegan baked oatmeal with peanut butter and chocolate is so dang good, it’s hard to tell if it’s dessert or breakfast. Chocolate Avocado Muffins These chocolate avocado muffins are sweet, healthier, and delicious. Great for an on-the-go snack or breakfast.
Vegan Granola Bowl Super healthy. This Vegan Granola Bowl is easy to make and the Banana Bread Granola is delicious, crunchy, and can be thrown on anything! Plant-Based Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins A chocolatey spin to the above muffins for those that have a bit more of a sweet tooth! 3 Juicer Free Juices Need some juices to whip up with your breakfast? These three are easy to make, healthy, and you don’t even need a juicer to make them! Fried Banana Oatmeal Bowl Fry up some bananas to make this perfect, easy, and healthy vegan Oatmeal Bowl! Easy Vegan Apple Cinnamon Muffins These Vegan Apple Cinnamon Muffins are easy-to-make, great for an on-the-go snack, and will have your whole house smelling amazing!
