Orea biscuit cake

Oreo biscuit cake is perfect for a quick cake craving. The best part of oreo cake is you don’t need to add flour, sugar to this cake. We need some oreo biscuits and 2 more ingredients our cake batter can be prepared in no time. You can use any cream biscuit according to your preference. If you like chocolate cake, oreo biscuit cake is perfect for your taste. I have frosted the cake but you can also top the chocolate syrup and skip the frosting. If you like chocolate flavor also try mousse, cookies.

Eggless Oreo biscuit cake  in oven/microwave

To bake the cake in an oven preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Microwave baking will take 5 minutes. Preferably use silicone tray if you are using microwave-safe bowl grease generously with oil/butter

Cream biscuit cake on the stovetop

Preheat a heavy-bottomed pan for 5-6 minutes until it turns hot. Place a stand and keep the cake pan. Cover the heated pan with a lid and bake for 35 to 40 minutes in low - medium heat until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Any alternative for baking powder?

You can use eno salt instead of baking powder.  If you are using any other cream biscuit other than oreo adjust the baking powder accordingly. Milk quantity also varies slightly

Frosting for Oreo biscuit cake

I have used Whipped cream frosting, you can use any other frosting according to your preference. I added Oreo pudding mix for additional flavor and also it makes it easy to piping. you can skip if you are not planning to frost the cake.

Ingredients:

For the cake: oreo biscuit / Cream  Biscuits - 20  Milk - 3/4 cup Baking Powder/ Eno salt - 3/4 teaspoon (I used Baking powder) Butter/Oil/Cooking spray - to grease (I used Cooking Spray) Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp Frosting : Whipping cream - 1/2 cup Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp Oreo pudding mix - 1 tbsp Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp Chocolate syrup - 2 -3 tablespoon

How to bake a cake in the oven :

Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit  Place parchment paper in a 6 inch round pan and grease with cooking spray; remove the excess spray

Take 20 oreo biscuits in a mixie jar and grind them into a fine powder

Transfer the ground oreo biscuit powder into a mixing bowl and add baking powder; mix well

Next, add vanilla extract and milk; fold and mix

Gently add the batter into the baking pan and tap the pan to remove air bubbles

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Cool the cake for 10-15 minutes

Carefully flip the cake and cool it completely

In a wide bowl take 1/2 cup of whipping cream

Use an electric mixer and beat for 3-4 minutes on medium speed until you see soft white peaks

Add pudding mix, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar and mix everything well

The frosting is ready. refrigerate till you use After the cake is completely cool; add chocolate syrup and spread. let it gets  absorbed

Pipe the frosting according to your preference. I topped the cake with oreo pieces and added oreo crumbs around the cake

 

How to bake a cake in the microwave :

Grease a microwave-safe bowl/cake pan. I used a cake pan made of Silicone  Put the biscuits into the blender and blend into fine granules

Add baking powder, vanilla, and milk and blend well

Pour the batter into the bowl and microwave for 5 minutes

Take it out and wait till it comes to room temperature. Once it is cooled, you can slice and serve

To bake the cake on the stovetop

Preheat a wide pan for 5-6 minutes in medium heat till it turns hot Keep a stand and place the cake pan Close with a lid and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
