Soak rice + lentil for at least one hour Fry vadam and keep it aside Keep rice separately for curd rice  steam cook frozen gooseberry  chop and keep onion, tomato, and garlic ready 

1-hour lunch preparation

Drain the cooked gooseberry in a colander and keep aside Saute and cook Arisi Paruppu sadam in instant pot Mash the rice kept for curd rice, add milk and salt; mix well and let it cool Temper for curd rice, and add it to the mashed rice After the instant pot pressure release naturally add salt and ghee let it rest Do the tempering and prepare gooseberry pickle After the rice is cool, add curd and sour cream, mix well
