These are the perfect sweet treat, especially for those who love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter! I even added a little granola into my recipe for some added crunch. These no bake cookies are full of texture and flavor. Perfect for gifting, or simply making on a weekday for an easy treat!

How To Make Peanut Butter Cup No Bake Cookies:
Mini Peanut Butter Cups…
I got my mini peanut butter cups at Trader Joe’s, but you can use any mini cups you want! OR if you can’t find the minis, just chop up some larger sized ones. If you do chop up the larger, I do suggest freezing them before you mix them into the warm chocolate mixture, as they will melt quicker than the minis. You will get a little melting either way, which is totally fine!
No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Can Be Adapted:
Add in some peanuts for even more crunch and texture.Leave out the granola if you don’t have any on hand. Add in an extra cup of oats in its place.Add a different type of candy bar like Snickers!
