Brown lentil pulao

Firstly turn on IP in saute mode, add ghee when the display shows hot add ingredients under “to temper” and let them splutter add onion, ginger- garlic paste, and saute till onions turn translucent furthermore add salt, pepper cumin powder, water; mix well and cook in rice mode do natural pressure release and fluff the rice

Spinach raita

Add ghee and temper mustard seeds and curry leaves; keep them aside Furthermore splutter cumin seeds and add coriander leaves, spinach, turmeric powder, salt, and sugar; saute till they turn wilted cool it completely and coarse grind whisk curd till it turns smooth lump free  Finally, mix coarse ground spinach and tempering

Potato curry

Add oil to the pan when oil is hot add chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt; quick saute furthermore, add potatoes and saute till potatoes turn soft finally, add besan flour, curry leaves, and asafoetida; saute till the potatoes roast well to your desired texture
