Firstly, Soak moong dal and toor dal for at least one hour in hot water Also, soak dal for rasam separately Chop and keep vegetables and mango ready Keep rice

Lunch cooking 

Pressure cook rasam dal and keerai pappu dal  in two cooker separators Grind coconut for pulissery and prepare mor kuzhambu Cook beans and kovakkai in cooker separator and drain excess water Roast and grind rasam powder Cook spinach, use tamarind paste and prepare pappu Cool kovakkai and prepare poriyal Meantime, use tamarind paste and prepare rasam Use thengai podi and prepare beans poriyal
