Firstly,  chop and keep vegetables ready Fry vadam and keep it aside Keep rice separately for curd rice and pulisadam

2-HOUR lunch preparation

Saute the rice for payasam, and let it cool After the rice is cool,  pulse the rice and pressure cook the rice for payasam Wash the mixie and ground coconut for aviyal Fluff the rice for puli sadam and keep aside Mash the rice kept for curd rice, add milk and salt; mix well and let it cool Cook vegetables for aviyal and let it cook Temper for curd rice, and add it to the mashed rice Wash the tadka pan and temper mustard seeds. add it to the cut raw mango and prepare instant mango pickle Let the payasam get cooked, meantime we can continue with the other items. Stir the payasam in-between  Prepare puli sadam After the rice is cool, prepare curd rice  Wash the tadka pan and temper curry leaves for aviyal and add to the aviyal vegetables after the veggies are cool mix curd well and prepare aviyal
