Now that summer is officially in full swing, I have to admit that I haven’t had a a chance to enjoy much “relaxing” time. We’ve been going pretty much nonstop, and I am craving lazy days. I know there are some on the horizon, but right now I am trying my best to enjoy the chaos. Does anyone else over-cram their summer schedules? Like WHY DO I DO THAT? Although, I have to say, when schedules are packed with beach days, vacations and friends, there really isn’t much to complain about, right? AND I have to say that I am definitely one to create more things to do. If we have a few extra hours one afternoon I will be the first person to plan an activity. Last week we decided that “Epic Milkshake Creation” needed to happen…which brings me to this insanely yummy Rainbow Chip Brownie Milkshake! Over the top? Yes. Totally fun? Double yes. My kids and I had a blast making this one. The ingredients are so simple. Just swing into Kroger and grab some Chocolate Promised Land Milk, which is way creamier than any other milk I’ve ever tried and higher in protein too. There are no artificial hormones or antibiotics which is very important to me. I also used Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream in my milkshake too…it’s our favorite. They use simple ingredients like fresh cream, sugar and milk from cows that also have not been treated with artificial growth hormones. It’s just a great product. I totally encourage you to get in on the milkshake action! Your kids will come up with some crazy ideas, trust me! It’s a really fun (and sweet) way to get the family involved. In the meantime, this Rainbow Chip Brownie Milkshake is creamy and loaded with brownie pieces, and topped with some extra rainbow chips for fun! ANNNNND I’m hosting a fun giveaway for a gift card to Kroger on Instagram too! Hop over to enter now!
