Ravioli: If you’re feeling ambitious you can make homemade ravioi for this recipe. Here is a recipe for spinach and ricotta ravioli that you can make in place of frozen. Tofu: This tofu is so good. It seriously tastes like popcorn chicken. Use this recipe to make it in just 35-minutes. If you don’t have time, you can also use crumbled tofu, ricotta cheese, or your favorite plant-based ground “meat” (cook it before putting it into the casserole).
How to make ravioli casserole:
Ravioli: Notes If you are using frozen ravioli, allow them to thaw slightly and bake for 28 – 30 minutes. Pick your favorite gluten-free ravioli or simply just swap the ravioli for lasagna sheets, penne, etc.! Cheese: Use plant-based cheeses if you desire OR add any extra ones you love! What else can I add to this ravioli casserole? You can add any roasted veggies, cheeses, fillings-like whipped ricotta or béchamel, ANYTHING! Make it as DELICIOUS as you want!
