Potatoes: I use russet potatoes for mashed potatoes as I like them the best. However, all you’re really going to want to do is pick a potato with a higher starch content like russet, or Yukon gold. Garlic: Garlic has so many health benefits like supporting your immune system which can be great this time of year. On top of that it has a host of antioxidants, can help lower blood pressure, and cholesterol, and even help with inflammation.
How to make roasted garlic mashed potatoes:
Can I use non-dairy milk? Absolutely! Sub for your favorite plant-based milk instead. Do I have to use browned butter? Nope! Use your plant-based or regular unsalted butter instead. But I do LOVE the earthy taste brown butter brings to a recipe. Storage: Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 – 5 days.
