How I Support My Gut Health:
On top of using gut-healthy ingredients like asparagus, I also like to have Seed’s DS-01®️ Daily Synbiotic in my daily routine. This synbiotic helps support a healthy microbiome in my gut and keeps my insides so healthy and happy. The human microbiome is a community of 38,000,000,000,000 (that’s 38 trillion) microorganisms, mostly bacteria, living in and on your body. The genes harbored in these trillions of microbial cells are essential for human development, immunity, and nutrition. There is a close relationship between what we eat and our gut microbiome, which means that we can improve our health by modifying our diet. To further support a healthy microbiome, I recommend incorporating Seed’s DS-01®️ Daily Synbiotic into your routine. DS-01®️ is a pre-and-probiotic containing 24 clinically and scientifically studied probiotic strains (and 53.6 billion AFU) for benefits in and beyond the gut. How to make shallot vinaigrette:
How long does shallot vinaigrette last in fridge? Store shallot vinaigrette in a sealed jar in your fridge for up to a week. What is the difference between salad dressing and vinaigrette? A vinaigrette is specifically based on oil and vinegar, whereas salad dressing is a general term that can refer to anything you dress your salad with. Does homemade vinaigrette go bad? It truly depends on what ingredients you add to your dressing. For example, if it has fresh garlic in it, you’ll want to consume it quicker than something that just has oil and vinegar, and spices in it. Can you leave homemade vinaigrette unrefrigerated? If your dressing has anything creamy in it, like mayo, you’ll want to keep that in the fridge. Oil-based dressings should be kept cold after opening, however, some will be okay on the counter if they don’t contain things like lemon or citrus juice, or fresh garlic and other fresh ingredients.
