Asian cuisine lends itself well to vegetarian and vegan cooking. It’s full of flavor, vegetable-heavy, and uses some of our favorite ingredients – like tofu and tempeh – in everyday cooking! These recipes are inspired by my travels in Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam, and by living in Holland, where delicious Indonesian food is everywhere. (They’re also inspired by my adoration for Sunday night Chinese takeout.) Partly due to my own allergies and dietary restrictions and my desire to create recipes everyone can enjoy, these Asian vegetarian recipes are free of:
