Mangos: Mangos are in-season during the summer months and they’re so fresh and delicious. To this savory dish they add a bit of sweetness but you can swap them out for berries like blueberries or strawberries instead, or omit them completely. Capers: Capers grow wild across the Mediterranean and parts of Asia. You can usually find them in the pickled food section of the grocery store with olives. Capers are savory and add a pop of flavor to any dish.

How do I make this salad vegan? Replace the feta cheese with your favorite dairy-free substitute! Pasta: Swap the fusilli for any pasta shape you wish! Even make this gluten-free. Protein: To add your daily dose of protein, add 1- 398ml can of chickpeas OR whatever you prefer YUM! Mango: Play around with the ingredients and swap ingredients or add to it! Take out the mango and add peaches or cantaloupes instead OR remove the sweet flavor and pop in some cucumber and red peppers! Storage: Salad can be kept in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 – 5 days.
