Published 8/18/2023 Years ago my friend Kelsey from Little Bits Of invented the internet sensation sweet potato toast. Today we’re here with a twist –> sweet potato pizza! Grill or roast your sweet potato and then top them with pizza sauce or pesto and all of your favorite pizza toppings. This easy weeknight meal is kid-friendly and ready in le30 minutes! If you’re looking for a more classic pizza, try my Grandma’s Pizza Crust recipe or our Cast Iron Pizza.
