Roast
1 tsp ghee 2 dates, finely chopped 1 tablespoon raisins
Pachadi
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoon sugar Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
How to make tomato sweet pachadi with step-by-step pictures:
First add tomatoes, water, and cashews in a separator; pressure cook for 10 whistles and do natural pressure release
Peel the tomatoes skin and mash it with a ladle
Add ghee to pan and heat in medium flame
furthermore, add raisins and dates and saute
Add mashed tomatoes and mix well
Furthermore add sugar, cardamom powder, and salt; mix well
Cook for 15 minutes till the mixture comes together
