Pressure cook dal for rasam Saute the curry spice and let it cool In a separate pan saute all the ingredients for coconut thogayal and let it cool Saute brinjal and let it cool After the dal is cooked use tamarind paste and prepare rasam Ground curry powder and prepare brinjal podi curry Wash mixie once and ground coconut thogayal Microwave appalam for 1 minute and serve lunch
