How to make ulundhu soru with step-by-step pictures:
First, roast black urad dal till they turn aromatic
crush to make split urad dal
Wash and soak split urad dal and rice
Soak them for 30 minutes
Add sesame oil to the pressure cooker and heat
when the oil turns hot, add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilli, and curry leaves; splutter
add garlic; mix well and cook till color changes
furthermore, add water and boil
