I soaked the rice for 30 minutes. adjust the soaking time according to the rice variety you use. if you are making it for school Lunch you can ever soak it overnight

Ingredients
water to soak 8 cashews 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 green chilli 1/2 cup onion pinch of turmeric powder Required salt 1 tsp sambar powder 200 grams of mixed vegetables 1 cup Water
how to make Tamilnadu-style veg sadam in a pressure cooker with step-by-step pictures
First, wash and soak for 30 minutes
Drain water and keep it aside
Veg rice bath
Add ghee to the pressure cooker
Turn on the stove to medium flame and heat
Add cashews and roast golden brown; keep aside
