What are the benefits of honey?
For this recipe, I used BeeMaid’s Liquid Honey. Honey is extremely versatile and can be used in any baking or cooking recipes to add sweetness. It is also a great substitute for refined sugar and a much healthier alternative. Honey is rich in antioxidants that your body loves. Plus, it’s a natural alternative to processed sugars. How to make this Vegetarian Picnic Salad?
This recipe is simple, and will last in your fridge too! In fact, if you want to build more flavours, leave it in your fridge for a day or so to give it time to marinade with all the flavours. All you do to make this Vegetarian Picnic Salad is add everything but the feta to a large bowl and combine. You’ll save the feta to add on top with the dressing when you are ready to serve. For the dressing, add all your ingredients in a large jar (for easy storage) and use a hand blender to blend it all together until it’s well combined. It should only take about 30 seconds!
