150 grams of okra 1 tablespoon coconut oil Required salt Curry leaves few 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes 10 small onion

How to make Kerala-style vendakka Mezhukkupuratti with step-by-step pictures 

Add oil and heat

When the oil turns hot, add curry leaves, chilli flakes; roast 

Furthermore, add onion; saute till onion turns translucent

Furthermore, add salt; mix well and cook for a minute

Add vendakkai; mix well

Turn to medium-high flame; cook for 2 minutes

Mix well in between Turn to low flame and cook for 5-6 minutes until okra gets roasted
